These terms explain how SabBill may be used. By using the App, you agree to use it as an independent convenience tool, published by TESTIQ LLC.
1. Independent App
SabBill is an independent, third-party utility-bill management app. It is not an official app of any utility provider, government department, billing authority, or payment provider.
2. Authorized Use
Only add accounts, reference numbers, or consumer numbers that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
3. Bill Information
SabBill displays bill information from provider systems, saved copies, cached records, or information detected from provider bill pages. This information can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or changed by the provider at any time.
Before making a payment or relying on a due date, amount, credit balance, paid status, or account detail, confirm it through the official provider bill, portal, office, or authorized payment channel.
4. Payments
Unless a future version clearly states otherwise, SabBill does not collect or process utility payments, and does not guarantee that a bill has been paid. Manual “paid” marks are for your own tracking only.
5. Availability
SabBill depends on third-party provider websites and systems. The App may fail to fetch a bill if a provider website is down, changed, blocked, slow, or requires additional verification.
6. Limits of Responsibility
To the extent allowed by law, TESTIQ LLC is not responsible for provider downtime, incorrect provider data, missed due dates, late fees, duplicate payments, service disconnection, or losses caused by relying only on information shown in the App.
7. Changes
TESTIQ LLC may update the App, supported providers, features, and these terms. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the updated terms.

SabBill is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or operated by any provider whose name, bill format, website, or billing information may appear in the App. Provider names are used only to help users identify supported bill sources.
Bill Data Depends on Providers
Bill details shown in SabBill may come from publicly accessible provider bill portals, user-entered account details, locally saved bill copies, or cached bill records. These third-party systems may be unavailable, delayed, changed, incomplete, or inaccurate at any time.
Verify Before Payment
SabBill is provided for convenience only. Before making a payment or relying on any bill amount, due date, paid status, credit balance, or account detail, verify the information directly from the official provider bill, website, office, or authorized payment channel.
User Responsibility
By using SabBill, you are responsible for entering correct account details, checking bill information before payment, and using official provider channels for final confirmation. TESTIQ LLC is not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on information displayed in the App.
