Official Data Sources

Last updated: 3 July 2026

SabBill is an independent, third-party app. It is NOT a government app, is not a government entity, and does not represent — or claim any affiliation with or endorsement by — any government body, department, or utility provider. The provider and department names below are used only to identify the official source of each bill. SabBill does not collect or process payments.

SabBill only displays public bill and load-shedding information that each provider publishes on its own official website. It fetches the same information those portals show, and only when you ask it to. Below is the official source for every provider SabBill supports.

Please note (accessibility): Several of these official Pakistani utility and government portals restrict access to IP addresses located inside Pakistan, and some are occasionally slow or temporarily offline. As a result, a few of the links below may not open from outside Pakistan. They are fully accessible to users in Pakistan, which is SabBill's intended market.

Load-shedding schedules

Electricity load-shedding schedules are retrieved from the same official distribution-company systems listed above — the PITC / CCMS system for the DISCOs, and K-Electric for Karachi.

Availability of each source depends entirely on the provider's own portal. SabBill has no control over these websites and does not guarantee their uptime or accuracy, and does not guarantee that a bill has been paid. Always confirm any amount, due date, or status with the official provider bill, website, office, or authorized payment channel.
